Dr. Lingappa Amarchand, MD, has been a director since we opened in January 2004. Dr. Amarchand in a cardiologist with Cardiology Associates, LLC.

Terry G. Bickel, has been a director since we opened in January 2004.  Mr. Bickel is the President and a real estate investment broker at Bickel Realty, Inc. and President of Marion City Investment Corporation in Brooksville, Florida.

Mary Beth Gary, has been a director since we opened in January 2004.  Ms. Gary is a Certified Public Accountant and the Managing Director of Oliver & Joseph, P. A. in Brooksville, Florida. 

Thomas Hogan Jr., is our Chairman of the Board and has been a director since we opened in January 2004.  Mr. Hogan is a Member and the Manager of The Hogan Law Firm, LLC in Brooksville, Florida. 

Derrill S. McAteer, has been a director since we opened in January 2004.  Mr. McAteer is semi-retired but still deals in real estate sales, citrus production and cattle production in Brooksville, Florida.

Mukesh H. Mehta, M.D., has been a director since we opened in January 2004.  Dr. Mehta is a pulmonary medicine specialist and has been in private practice for over 10 years.

Donald R. Page, is our Chief Executive Officer, President, and a director.  Mr. Page has served in these capacities since we opened in January 2004.  Mr. Page has been involved in the community banking industry for more than 40 years principally in the states of Connecticut and Florida.

JoAnn e. Perry, has been a director since we opened in January 2004.  Since 1987, Ms. Perry has been the President and majority shareholder of Home/Land Title, Inc., a title insurance company in Brooksville, Florida. 

Max Register, has been a director with us since September 2004.  Mr. Register has been the Chief Executive Officer, director, and owner of Register Chevrolet & Oldsmobile, Inc. in Brooksville, Florida, since 1952.

R. Victor Taglia, has been a director since we opened in January 2004.  Mr. Taglia has been the Chief Manager of Grubbs Emergency Services LLC since August of 2004. 

Barry J. Weber, DMD, has been a director since we opened in January 2004.  Dr. Weber is a dentist and has been the Chief Executive Officer at Family Dentistry of Hernando, Inc. since 1987.
